On Monday, June, 1, 2020, prominent Nigerian singer and lawyer, Folarin Falan, professionally known as Falz joined the astonishing list of celebrities to react to the high profile murder of two Nigerian women – Vera Uwaila Omozuwa and Tina Ezekwe.
Falz said it is exhausting to see injustice continue to thrive in the country and has called for a nationwide protest.
The singer made this know in a series of tweets on his Twitter page.

According to him, Nigerians should be prepared to take to the streets in their cry for justice as it is not enough to protest only on social media.
In his own words, “It’s so exhausting to see injustice continue to thrive time after time. Every time we say NOT AGAIN, and then there is a new story. Enough is enough. It’s too disheartening. Justice must be served for the innocent souls we keep on losing.”

“It is important that we are fearless and we are ready to challenge the government through peaceful protests. It’s not enough to sit in our houses and post on socials. Justice must be served,” he added.
