Top Hollywood actor Tom Hanks and wife, Rita Wilson has both tested positive for Coronavirus and are presently under isolation in Australia.
Hanks and Wilson, both 63, traveled to Australia for a film project.
The Award-winning actor broke the sad news via his Twitter page on Thursday, March 12, 2020, where he announced that he and Rita got tested for Coronavirus after feeling unwell and result were found to be positive.
Hanks added that he and his wife will be observed and isolated for as long as public health and safety requires.
“Rita and I are down here in Australia. We felt a bit tired like we had colds, and some body aches. Rita had some chills that came and went. Slight fevers too.
“To play things right, as is needed in the world right now, we were tested for the Coronavirus and were found to be positive.
“We’ll keep the world posted and updated,” he announced.

The cronavirus has been declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization having infected more than 115,800 people and killed over 4,200 worldwide.
