Love and practical support is what gives one hope. Words are good but isn’t enough without a practical support especially if YOU can afford to offer it. Many people are going through different challenges which is part of life because there’s none without one challenge or the other.
Unfortunately, our strength differs. If you have a listening skill kindly lend your ears because not many have such ability to just listen. It’s therapeutic to let it out. Supressed emotions makes one ill and slowly affect one’s behaviour.
If you’re blessed with Words of Wisdom, kindly share it generously to save a life because the words we hear is capable to build, sustain one through challenge or lead one to become suicidal. Be positive and blunt because only the truth sets free.
Give what you can, text, call, visit, go out, give your time or send a card or cheque in the post…..give what you can AFFORD. A hug does wonders, a smile is infectious too, the sound of laughter revives one, a hand shake isn’t bad. Please don’t give anyone a false hope….. Oh… Call me if ever you need ANYTHING and when you’re called… You go missing as if you were kidnapped over night.
Be true with what you can do and joyfully deliver and don’t be ashamed to say NO to what you can’t afford or accommodate.
We only owe WHOSOEVER from what we can afford not from what we can’t possibly afford or accommodate of which heavens has a record that we can’t.
People take their life, when and if they feel that they’ve got nothing more to cling to or live for. Some of such people really don’t have anything to cling to at such point and that’s why they pack it and kill themselves.
Unfortunately, SOME in such category has everything at their disposal but feel empty inside reason best known to them. It could be guilt of one little offence or a hurt from words said to them which rings daily in their ears like a bell or music…. or lack of love from those around them or envy and jealous of others and inability to meet up to a certain expectation…. It could be anything or none of the above but it’s DEPRESSION.

Please cry when ever you feel like
Please laugh as much as you like
Please be yourself everyone will never like or accommodate you… Just accommodate yourself with whom you are…you owe yourself that by yourself…. Kindly pay yourself.
Please speak out, yes, you will be judged that’s life anything that is taken to the market for sale must be priced. So, it’s impossible not to be judged if you speak out because we see things from different perspectives.
Prayer is pouring out how we feel to the Invisible Uncreated Creator and there’s nothing we say or feel that will increase or decrease Yahweh.
Be mad if you like…don’t be afraid to tell God how you feel because that’s the truth and He is REAL and TRUE to Himself so, be real and true to Him always.
We worship The Everlasting Living God who is secure in Himself by Himself nothing we humans feel, say or do that can increase or decrease Him from everlasting to everlasting, He is God.
The precious blood of Christ is the security He’s put in place to live with us humans forever…. Emmannuel God is with us humans forever to daily help us live through His spirit that lives in us. God isn’t missing anywhere He’s alive in everyone and everything He created.
The Almighty is He, The All Sufficient God is He forever and He can’t deny or reject us for being humans and honest to Him.
Christ Jesus paid for everyone to freely reach Him from anywhere, anytime, anyhow possible as our Creator, Father and Friend because He created us as we are and we’re fragile beings which is why He shut hell forever because every SOUL matters to Him.

Create your world and rule in it
Ask for help and don’t be ashamed if rejected or was refused help but don’t stop asking you’re not first to ask and won’t be last to ask but never take those who genuinely love and support you for granted…. Nobody is stupid and nobody loves to be fooled.
Support others too don’t just remain at the receiving end…. Look for something to give back. You’re not empty you’ve got something unique to give too…gladly give your share no matter how little, let the universe take note of your input…… It matters because you’re relevant…. And your input is needed too.
There’s life after here and it’s better to consciously live and enjoy this side first before heading to the other side of life. Going to the other side is like rushing to grow up and whosoever rushes to grow up always wished they had consciously enjoyed each stage of their development..
Slow down and live in gratitude because what will be MUST be and what won’t be, won’t be no matter how hard you try.
Hell is shut FOREVER because Christ Jesus paid for everyone and everything to freely live without fear. Say no to abuse and injustices. Refuse to be supressed/suffocated by anyone and help fight for the HELPLESS because Christ Jesus paid to END every form of captivity over 2000 years ago.
Love and truth is a Personal debt we all owe ourselves. Stop looking for who will love you and start loving yourself by yourself and yourself love will naturally extend to others because genuine self love is infectious.
Stop focusing on what you can’t do and channel that energy on what you can do and be the best at it. Our strength slowly dominants our weakness when and if we channel our energy to be the best at what we’re good at…. Remember practice makes perfect.
Life goes on if you choose to kill yourself by yourself. And nobody will love you in your grave more than they’ve love you now and you won’t pose in your grave. It’s how you’re kept, you MUST stay……. Wisely live now you have a say and the ability to say NO to certain things and make better choices to better your life.
Life is in phases, don’t give up on these phase because it will soon slowly pass. Face it to pass it and learn what you need to face the next phase confidently because our confidence grows through what we defeated not through what defeated us.. So, choose not to be a COWARD the ability to overcome is right within you, use it to your advantage and your story will inspire others to embrace their reality too in humility and honesty.
