Celebrity weddings has always been a top-notch because of the beautiful atmosphere of its fun, colours, elegance of outfits, the aura presence of other celebrities and above all, the beauty displayed from different attendees.

It’s always the talk of the town, especially on social media. In the year 2022, most celebrities have celebrated their wedding.

Here are the top celebrity weddings in no specific order of importance.

  1. Rita Dominic
    Multiple award-winning actress and influencer, Rita Dominic got married to Dr Fidelis Anosike as they did their white wedding on Saturday 26th November, 2022 in England and their traditional wedding in April, 2022.
    Rita Dominic’s bridal train include celebrities such as, Michelle Dede as the maid of honour, Dr Olivia Waturuocha, Kate Henshaw and Vicky Sogunro.

  1. M.I Abaya
    Award-winning rapper and music producer, Jude Lemfani Abaga a.k.a M.I Abaga tied the knot with his wife, Eniola Mafe on Thursday 22nd September, 2022 in Lagos for their traditional wedding.

Several famous celebrities in the Nigerian entertainment were present at their wedding ceremony such as,
Banky W, IK Osakioduwa, “Basketmouth,” Jesse Jags who is MI’s brother, and a host of other celebrities were among those who attended.

    Popular Nigerian comedian and skit maker Nosa Afolabi a.k.a Lasisi Elenu got engaged to the actress and movie producer, Nonso Adika, which he made it known on his Instagram page on Friday 22nd July, 2022.
    The couple both rocked a green traditional attire.

  1. Freddie Leonard
    Famous Nollywood actor, Freddie Leonard and his co-actor, Preggy Ovire who got engaged on 5th November 2022 are now married as they did their traditional wedding on 19th November, 2022 in Warri, Delta state after 7years of being in a relationship.

Celebrity actors, Anthony Monjaro, Blossom Chukwujekwu, Ugezu J. Ugezu, Jnr Pope and others were present at their traditional wedding.

    Popular Nigerian movie producer and director, Kemi Adetiba got married to a Ghanaian, Oscar Heman-Ackah on Saturday 23rd April, 2022.

Many celebrities showed up for the couple wedding, such as Toyin Abraham, Toolzo, Ebuka, The Wellingtons, Inidima Okojie, Zainab Balogun, Akah Nnani, Shawn Faqua and so many others.

  1. Ini Dima-Okojie
    Famous nollywood star, Ini Dima-Okojie, who recently starred in the Netflix Original Series “Blood Sisters“, tied the knot traditionally to Abasi Ene-Obong, the founder and CEO of 54gene, an African genomics company building the world’s first pan-African biobank, on Saturday, 21st May 2022.
    The couple did their traditional wedding ceremony at Harbour Point, a luxurious event centre in Victoria Island, Lagos.

The bride was styled by the Nigerian renowned fashion stylist, Tubo for her Edo attire and the after-party outfit while for her Calabar attire, she was styled by Lanre Dasilver.
