It is not proper to make jest of bishops because their responsibilities is the serious ones, which should not be joked with anyone.

In the Christianity faith, becoming a bishop is a high spiritual calling which cannot be sold or bought in the market.

The office of a bishop is a serious responsibility, and those who occupy it is highly spiritual.

As there have been so many fake bishops, it is important to tell people that there are some systems they must follow to become a real bishop, as #Bishopchallenge continue to surface online.

THESE ARE SOME OF THE RULES OF BECOMING A BISHOP OR PRIEST

    1.       GO TO SEMINARY

Becoming a priest or bishop required going to seminary, which is one of the primary rules.

In Catholic Church, you must attend a seminary before becoming a priest, which is mandatory. But not all priests become bishops.

There are many churches that have seminaries and schools where pastors are trained before ordination. If you really want to become an ordained man of God and a Bishop, you have to enrol in a seminary attached to your church.

    2.         TO BE A THEOLOGY DEGREE HOLDER

Theology is the study of God’s nature and himself. You must be a theology degree holder before becoming a bishop.

Before you serve as a bishop in any high office in the Christianity line, you must have a degree in theology, which prepares you for work.

Many colleges and universities teach and offer degrees in theology, which qualify them for Christian work ‘example’ priesthood.

    3.       YOU MUST BE ORDAINED AS A PRIEST

There must be a priest ordination because by attending and graduating from seminary school is not enough to become a priest or bishop; someone with anointing and higher authority must ordain you.

In some churches like Assemblies Of God, the ordination is done by their senior pastors. While in cathCath Church, the ordination is being conducted by Arch Bishop.

    4.       BEING A PARISH PRIEST

Is not easy to become a priest or bishop because one appointed as a bishop must be well experienced.

Being a bishop means you have served for years as a priest because bishophood is a senior position in Christian Church.

    5.          BISHOP ORDINATION

It is not that every priest, pastor, or minister eventually becomes a bishop because it requires ordination. Since it is a spiritual and higher office, even after doing all that is needed, you must be ordained as a bishop.

According to Vatican City Tour, there is an age that is required as a priest in Catholic Church before being ordained a bishop.
