Nollywood actress Eve Esin sustained an injury while supporting the Super Eagles against South Africa in the AFCON semi-final.

As she celebrated Nigeria’s triumph, the movie star posted a screenshot of her broken leg. She disclosed that she got hurt while evading South Africa’s penalty kick.

She is proud to be Nigerian and that something is functioning well for us in spite of the economic downturn, despite the hardship she is going through.

“We won!! NWABALI!!! My man of the match. Even though I sustained an injury running away from the penalty kick that was awarded to SA.

What a moment to be a Nigerian. At least this is something working for us”.

Similarly, Nollywood actor turned clergyman Pastor Jimmy Odukoya mocked South Africans using their popular song by Tyla, Water.

Consoling them, Pastor Jimmy made a remix of their artist, Tyla’s Water, which he dedicated to them, though he admitted that though they played a good game, Nigerians had to win.

He stated that if there is any consolidation for their loss, it would be the Grammy Water. However, he would keep praying for them.

Many celebrities like Deyemi Okanlawon, Juliana Olayode, Omowunmi Dada, Uche Jombo, and more flooded his comment section.

Also, singer Kizz Daniel had pledged to fly a fan to the UK following the Super Eagles win.

The fan had taken to the micro-blogging platform to plead with the singer to fly him to his next show in the UK if the Super Eagles win, and surprisingly, Kizz Daniel had agreed.

Following the Nigerians’ victory, Kizz Daniel had urged the fan to go get his visa ready as he was flying him to the UK.
