The London premiere of Wives of London and ‘Industry End of the Year‘ party took place at Xclusive VIP Lounge, Kew Gardens on the 30th of December. UK based Nollywood filmmakers and actors gathered in celebration.
Spotted at the event includes, Filmmakers; Niyi Towolabi, Rhoda Wilson, Global7 casting founder; Medina, Nelson Spyk to name a few. Overall, the evening was an exquisite night of glitz and glam for people in the Nollywood industry.
Wives of London is a film was written and produced by Rita Akpojator. Directed by Nelson Spyk and feature UK based international actors such as; Ruke Amata, Princess Rita, Lady Dorcas, Nancy Akpofure, Judy Akuta, Maestro Tchangoum, Layo Awolo, Neli Kings, Tiya among others.

I like to know what happens after all these red carpet premiers , that seem to be endless and take place about twice a month .Where do these films go ? Where are they distributed ? What real competitions do they enter , Cannes , Raindance , Venice etc … there is more to film and film making than endless red carpets at a Greenwich Odeon , I think you guys need to focus more unless you are happy making a living from premiers of films that go straight into a cupboard after .
