One of the most hilarious post you’ll be reading today on social media is that of top Nigerian singer Yemi Alade who recently took to Twitter to express her surprise over some locally made rice she consumed.

Yemi Alade says she ate a made in Nigeria rice and was marveled by the absolute stone-free nature of the grain produce.

The singer made this known in a series of post via her Twitter page today being Thursday, April 16, 2020, where she shared her consumer experience.

Yemi Alade says she ate a made in Nigeria rice and was marveled by the absolute stone free nature of the grain produce.

First she announced that she had found a made in Nigeria rice that had not a single stone particle in them despite eating from the bag twice.

The music diva then recalled how some locally made bags of rice she had bought for charity was filled with stones and dirt.

Speaking further, Yemi Alade added that being able to finally eat a made in Nigeria rice without the fear of grinding her teeth on a stone gave her a certain kind of joy.

Alade’s experience is a timely reward to the Nigerian government effort to encourage the production and consumption of locally made rice in Nigeria after it closed the country’s borders to foreign grain produce.
