Yoruba Nation protesters holding rallies in Lagos state have been disorganized by security agents sent to Ojota, the venue of the rally with teargas and arrested some of them.

The protesters convened at the venue despite the instruction of the state police command against their prepared protest.

Security officers, Nigeria Police Force, Nigerian Army, and the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps and their vans cordoned the venue of the rally in the morning today to stop them from protesting. However, they went against the order and gathered for the mission.

Some who were caught captives were held in a steaming Black Maria. Speaking to journalists during the week by the state commissioner of police, Hakeem Odumosu,  the state cannot afford to experience the violence that occurred when the October 2020 EndSARS protest was hijacked by some bad people he said.

At the moment, stability has been brought to the region of the protest.
