Yul presidential aspiration is beginning to gather momentum as his iconic father throws full support.
Legendary Nollywood actor Pete Edochie has endorsed his son Yul and his bid to become the next president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
An exciting Yul broke the news of his father’s support in a video shared via his Twitter page on Thursday, February 11, 2021.

The less than three minute clip showed the moment in which film patriarch Pete endorsed his son for president.
In the video, Pete stated that he would not hold back his support for Yul who has decided to delve into politics right after admitting his own lack of interest in it. According to him, it is not compulsory for all his children to share in his convictions.
The veteran actor also expressed confidence that his son posses the right values and drive to steer the country forward.
Listing some admirable qualities of Yul, Pete said he is disciplined, sympathetic, and believes in people’s potentials.

He said: “I am not one to involve myself in politics because it does not interest me. But you see not all your children are bound to follow you.
“One of my sons who incidentally is an actor has decided to get involved in politics. People have been bugging my phone asking to endorse my son. They say they like him, he is disciplined, he is sympathetic, he believes a lot in people, we believe he has a chance.
“They have bothered me so much that today I am presenting him to you. He has my blessing, he has my endorsement.”
