Mohbad’s biological mother made a shocking revelation months after his passing.
In the audio that was leaked, the late singer’s mother, Mrs Olumiyi claimed that Mohbad’s father, Joseph Aloba, isn’t their son’s biological father. In an attempt to discredit them, Mohbad’s mother contacted a blogger who supported her father. Mohbad’s mother gave her ex-husband a three-day ultimatum and asked him to take a paternity test.
This came after Mohbad’s father pressured Mohbad’s wife, to provide DNA results that her son was truly Mohbad’s child.

She went on to say that the singer’s father has never given the kids any thought and is simply using them for his own benefit, putting his own interests ahead of the welfare of his kids.

The paternal aunty of Mohbad charged Mrs. Olumiyi, Mohbad’s mother, with leaving her young children behind. She said that she left her wife and kids behind because of this decision because of her pregnancy and relationship with another man.
However, her younger sister refuted the claims in a video that Instablog9ja was able to collect by narrating how Mohbad’s mother supported him throughout his encounter with Naira Marley.
She mentioned the support Mohbad’s mother gave him during his legal battles with Naira Marley, the owner of his old label, and how she stood by him and his spouse at the birth of their baby.
