A Twitter personality known as NonyeKings recently went on a long rant where she called out Realwarripikin as well as other Nigerian celebrities for their dishonesty.
Following the transformation that Realwarripikin has undergone since her weight loss surgery, there have been a lot of comments from people.
Some netizens have taken to expressing how they preferred her former look, while others have congratulated her on her new look.
However, Nonye Kings commentary on her weight loss sparked a lot of reactions and comments from people, especially on Twitter. She expressed that Realwarripikin had to come out to talk about the side effects of the surgery.
She opined that while a lot of people are currently clamouring for weight loss surgery, a lot of people are not talking about the potential side effects that could come out of it.
In her words; “After that surgery, gym is just for skin tightening & not even necessary, that surgery alone makes you loose drastic weight she shouldn’t be giving credit to gym.
“I need her to talk about the side effects of that surgery.
“Our Nigerian celebrities are not always honest.
“While it is a great to loose weight, thank God she did it after birthing all her kids cos you don’t want to go through side effects of gastric sleeve/gastric bypass while actively making babies.
“I want to hear about her eating and even pooping disorders that she has to take meds for.
“The meds/vitamins she has to take for life to replace the intestinal enzymes that the body can no longer produce cos the cells responsible has been cut off alongside the body parts.”

Recall that two days ago, Africanglitz reported a viral video of a real Warri Pikin wearing a two-piece outfit. This had gotten a lot of netizens negatively reacting.
People lamented over the way she looked in the video, highlighting her face, which looked more sunken due to her weight loss.
Some hyper netizens also went as far as going to her comment section to advise her to stop losing weight as it was now adversely affecting her physical look.
