They say time waits for no one. But for some of us, not until life takes us on a chilling journey to our past that either leaves us feeling happy or sad can we begin to accept the reality of this old expression.
That’s exactly the case for popular Nollywood actress Kate Henshaw who recently took to social media to reminisce about the past.
Kate Henshaw took to her Instagram page to share a throwback photo of herself from six years ago looking amazing as she posed for the camera.
Though the 48-year-old actress did marvel at how older she has gotten since then, she also accompanied the photo with a caption which asserts that one should go after the life he or she desires to live as time waits for no one.
She wrote: “Throwing it all back to 2014. Time truly waits for no one. Each day comes with its own set of gifts, disappointments and thrills. It’s up to you to navigate through it and create a balance that will benefit you..”
