famous Nigerian Actor, Yul-Edochie recently lost his first son, Kambilichukwu, on Wednesday, 28th March 2023.
Confirming the sad news to Vanguard News on Friday, 30th March 2023, the popular Actor and father of Yul-Edochie, Pete Edochie, said his son, Yul, called him on the telephone on Wednesday, informing him that his son, Kambilichukwu fell while playing football with his schoolmates and developed a seizure.
According to him, the deceased, who would have been 17 years in May 2023, was rushed to a Mother and Child Hospital, in Lagos, where he died hours later.
The legendary actor, Pete Edochie, said that his family started praying for the child immediately after Yul-Edochie called him on the telephone about the sad incident. He claimed that it was unfortunate that his grandson, Kambilichukwu died while he had shown great promise.
Admitting all these, both Yul and his first wife, May Edochie, have not broken their silence since the incident.
However, fans reacted to the incident, as it was shocking for many.
