His Excellency Julius Maada Bio & the 1st Lady, Fatima Maada Bio were inaugurated in Serria Lone on Saturday, May 12th, 2018 and it was a huge success. Thousands of people pressed entered the Siaka Stevens Stadium just to witness the amazing day.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by African dignitaries including; President Macky Sall of Senegal , Nigerian Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, Nollywood star icon Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde among other prominient diginiteries.
His Excellency, the President received the Presidential staff from the former President Koroma at National Stadium during the successful Inauguration.
Maada Bio, the Sierra Leone People’s Party candidate, was elected in early April following a runoff election with All People’s Congress (APC) candidate Samura Kamara. He replaced President Ernest Bai Koroma of the APC in a bitterly disputed contest in which Maada Bio received 51.8 percent of votes.
This is no doubt a new chapter and begging for the people of Sierria Lone. President Maada Bio and his wife Fatima Maada Bio are no doubt loved by the people.
