Big Brother star, Mike Edwards and his gorgeous Wife, Perri Shakes-Drayton are currently celebrating their honeymoon in Mauritius.
Mike got married to Perri in May 2019. But the Olympian stake as the supportive wife was quickly tried after her husband put their honeymoon on hold so he could compete at the fourth edition of the Big Brother Naija reality show.
Relatively unknown at the time, the former athlete punched above his weight to make it to the last quarter of the competition, finishing as first runner up behind eventual winner Mercy Eke.
His decision to hold back their honeymoon also proved to be a masterstroke as Mike bagged himself an all expense paid trip to Mauritius to celebrate his honeymoon, courtesy of winning the Lipton challenge while at the BBNaija house.
Now in Mauritius, Mike and Perri are bonding and creating the fond memories expected of newly married couples. The lovebirds both took to their individual Instagram pages where they shared dreamy photos of themselves enjoying life under the beautiful blue sky of the Island.
