Kechi Okwuchi one of the two survivors in the Sosoliso Airlines Flight 1145 crash on December 10, 2005, which resulted in third-degree burns over 65 percent of her body and has undergone nearly 100 surgeries. Kechi has never let that stop her though.
Kechi went on to wow America’s Got Talent crowd with her amazing voice. She was a finalist at the twelfth season of America’s Got Talent in 2017.
After making it to the “AGT” finals, the spotlight turned off and the 29-year-old conqueror was still feeling the physical pain of her scars.
The producers of “Extra” teamed up with Artists for Trauma’s Laura Sharpe and a medical team, including Dr. Andrew Frankel and Dr. Peter Grossman, to help the singer.
