The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) on Tuesday, June 29th was reportedly re-arrested by the Nigerian government in Kenya. This comes after the IPOB leader fleed his home town in 2015 after Unknown gunmen stormed his father’s home in the middle of the night and killed several people.
At the time Nnamdi Kanu who was granted bail by the Nigerian court fleed the country in other to save his life. He kept on the low for about a year and respread in Isreal.
He never stopped agitating for the indigenous people of Biafra and with great determination has grown bigger since then.
On June 29th weeks after the President of Nigeria Buhari reacted to the killing of security personnel in the Eastern Part of Nigeria and promise to deal with the Igbo in the language they will understand, Nnamdi Kanu was reportedly re-arrested and taking back to Nigeria
