The reality TV star says she “threw a bit of charcoal into the fire.”
Evicted Big Brother Naija housemate Lucy has shed more light on the ugly incident that led to the disqualification of fellow housemate Erica from the house last weekend.
Lucy admits she might have contributed in making Erica act the erratic way she did that got her sent out of the show.
The reality star made the surprise revelation during her media engagement on Tuesday, September 8, 2020.
Lucy implied in the interview that Erica only took on Laycon out of the sheer need to vent out her annoyance after being rattled by what she had said to her earlier, despite the existing tension between them.
According to the latest evictee, she had spoken to Erica in the garden about how she found a union between Kiddwaya and Nengi more interesting to watch over theirs. Lucy said the comments added to Erica’s mounting insecurities about her beau.
She said: “I think I threw a little bit of charcoal into the fire that was already dying when I told Erica that I find Nengi and Kidd more interesting to watch than herself and Kiddwaya. Maybe it messed with her mind, I don’t know. Nengi and Kidd playing is more fun to watch while Erica and Kidd are more boring.”

Lucy also talked about the possible love interest between Nengi and Kiddwaya that viewers picked on when the two were spotted dancing together at that week’s night party to the fury of Erica.
She said the disqualified housemate wouldn’t have stood a chance of keeping her in-house lover if Nengi wanted him for herself.
