Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, has tied the knot to a new lady less than two months after introducing the first one. The Ooni of Ife, married Tobi Phillips as his third wife on Sunday, October 2022.
The monarch Yoruba monarch married his second wife, Olori Elizabeth Opeoluwa Akinmuda, on September 8, just hours after he married oil tycoon Mariam Anako, who is now referred to as his first queen.
The newest wife, Tobi, who is an ex-beauty Queen, is a graduate of Marine Science from the University of Lagos.
The 30-year-old newest bride, Tobi Phillips, will be taken to the Ooni’s palace and formally welcomed into his home as an Olori, later in the week.
According to reports, the 47-year-old monarch will also be marrying his fourth wife, Ashley Adegoke, on October 14, as all preparation has been put in place.
