It happened at the Cameroon Film and Movie Academy Awards Night which took place on Saturday 30th of July 2016. The BEFFTA & GAWW Founder, Philanthropist and TV presenter received a Golden Star Award for her support in the African film industry.
The prestigious award night took place at Oasis Banquet Hall London, celebrating outstanding stars who have contributed immensely to the growth of Film and TV industry in the UK.
“I’m grateful for the love and respect I have been shown by the large black community in the Diaspora. I have gone through some major challenges in private, challenges that were caused by the same people I was supporting but today I stand tall to say I am happy to receive my 80th award in public, I’m happy to be celebrated in public. Thank you G-Class for your generous words to me. It takes one genuine woman to recognise the struggles of another. I salute you. I honour you, may God continue to bless you.” She said.
A big Congratulations to her!
Thanks Pauline long for attending and for your kind words.
