Robyn Fenty, professionally known as Rihanna and trap singer Rakim Mayers a.k.a ASAP Rocky, have been longtime friends before first reports of their relationship taking a romantic turn emerged in December of 2020.
We heard of them linking up in 2012 after Rihanna collaborated on his hit song, ‘Fashion Killa. The following year he returned the favour by remixing her track ‘Cockiness’. Rocky opened Rihanna’s ‘Diamonds World Your” the same year a few months later. Things eventually took a romantic turn between them in 2020 after Riri ended her 3-year relationship with Saudi Businessman Hassan Jameel in January of 2020.
