Patrick Fakoya, popularly known as Rico Swavey, an ex-Big Brother Naija contestant who was injured in a car accident in the Lekki/Ajah neighbourhood of Lagos State, has passed away as a result of the accident.
He tragically passed away early on Wednesday, October 12, only hours after Tobi Bakre, another BB Naija, launched a campaign to raise money for his medical expenses.
His colleagues have used social media to lament his untimely passing.
Alex Unusual, who had earlier broken the news of Rico Swavey’s accident, used her Twitter account to express her sorrow at her colleague’s passing.
