Popular media personality Toke Makinwa says she is a ‘hopeless romantic’ who is determined to find love again.
On Wednesday, May 26, 2020, media girl Toke Makinwa took to social media to declare her intention to give love another try despite her bitter experience of the past.
In a post on her Instagram story, the outspoken lady stated beautifully that she is eager to fall ‘hopelessly’ and ‘madly’ in love regardless of the setbacks she’s faced in that aspect of life.
Toke noted that she loves being in love. She also prayed that the affection she shares with love is one day reciprocated back.
She wrote: “No matter what life has thrown at me, I’m still a ‘hopeless romantic.’ I cannot wait to fall hopelessly and madly in love. I love love. Hopefully, it loves me back. Someday.”
For those who isn’t familiar with the term ‘hopeless romantic’, it’s a flowery expression used to describe a person who has romantic notions about life.
Toke Makinwa was briefly married to ex-husband, Male Ayida. But their marriage dissolved in 2017 over alleged issues of unfaithfulness.
With her intention for love declared, we say the imperial words of veteran rapper, Dbanj, “don’t get it twisted, love is a beautiful thing.”
