Adewale Adeleke, elder brother of singer Davido, has taken to social media to troll Nigerian youths who dedicate their time watching the Big Brother Naija reality show.
Adewale Adeleke says those who spend hours on end watching BBNaija are “as lame as hell”
The music executive echoed the resentment via his Instagram stories today being Monday, August 24, 2020.
Apparently, Adewale wants youths of the nation to get busy chasing money instead of being glued to their TV watching BBNaija like their life depend on it.
“Y’all lame as hell watching big brother like your life depends on it! Go make some money,” he wrote.
Adewale is one of several notable Nigerians who have condemned youths watching the reality show.
Just recently, former aviation minister, Femi Fani-Kayode called out youths who hold the show in high regard in a post shared on his Instagram page.
The outspoken politician pointed out the recent coup in Mali plotted by a 25-year old man to reclaim his nation.
He then stated that youths in the same age bracket in Nigeria are busy supporting housemates at the ongoing BBNaija show.
Big Brother Naija is Nigeria’s biggest reality show and is currently in its fifth season.
