Nollywood actress and box office queen Funke Akindele has thrown a subtle shade at her colleague, whom many assumed was Toyin Abraham.
It was reported that Toyin has been having a tough time promoting her movie, Ijakumo: The Born Again Stripper, on Netflix because of her support for BAT.
Taking to the microblogging platform, Funke Akindele cautioned the said colleague to stop looking for another man’s own evil.
She advised the person to admire her and pray for hers to come without envying others.
Funke Akindele added that the sky is big enough for every bird to hustle and eat their own.
“Chop your own and I chop my own. The sky is big for every bird wey fit hustle to fly and chop their own. No dey look another man own for evil. You fit admire and pray for your own to come bit no dey envy. Na waste of energy”.

It was reported that Toyin Abraham had cried out over the plot to pull her down.
The mother of one, who was a proud supporter of Bola Ahmed Tinubu, revealed that her support for him is costing her a lot as many are trying to bring her down.
Toyin Abraham, who released her movie Ijakumo the Born Again Stripper on Netflix, revealed that several WhatsApp groups had been created to badmouth her movie.
She questioned why choosing her preferred candidate has become a crime.
“You all went to create a Whatsapp group cos of Ijakumo the born-again stripper, pls continue maybe it’s today. I will kuku break the table. You all will tell the world why choosing my candidate is a crime and yours isn’t. Loni yi mo mura yin wa”.
In another tweet, Toyin Abraham made it known that the WhatsApp group was aimed at badmouthing her movie.
“Yes, their political Whatsapp group and plan to come and bad mouth my work cos of my choice. Today na today they will know that everyone, has a devil inside him or her”.

Weeks ago, Funke Akindele beat Toyin Abraham in a landmark Nollywood project.
A chart made available by Top Charts revealed the income of Nollywood producers for the past few years. The chart captured the likes of Mo Abudu, Ayo Makun, Jade Osiberu, Funke Akindele, and Toyin Abraham, netting millions of naira.
In the chart, Funke Akindele netted over one billion naira (N1.33 billion), while Toyin Abraham netted 564 million naira from her movies.
The margin between the two actresses was a landmark, and it’s no surprise as Funke is the highest-grossing Nollywood actress in Nigeria, with her movie, Battle on Buka Street, grossing over 640 million naira.
