Veteran Nollywood actress Ego Boyo took to Twitter to voice her opinion on the current state of the movie industry in Nigeria. The actress who is popularly known in classic TV show “Checkmate” called out present-day filmmakers for their lack of originality in a series of tweets.
The actress asked if filmmakers are selling out venues and selling out real creative content, knowing that her voicing out her opinion won’t be welcomed well by most people in the industry.
