Veteran Nollywood Actress and Evangelist, Eucharia Anunobi recently lost her only child, Raymond Ekwu, age 15, to complications associated with sickle cell anaemia.
It was a very emotional burial attended by family, friends and co workers. Broadway tv managed to have a brief interview with her after her son was laid to rest. After thanking everyone, she said;
“I’m totally broken but i’m glad he lived his life for Christ and even brought people to Christ. Thank you Raymond for giving me the opportunity to be called Mother”.
She also advised parents to let their children grow knowing God. ‘That is the greatest gift you can give to them’. She added.
Raymond Chimnonso Ekwu passed away on Tuesday, August 22nd and was buried on September 5th in his home town.
