Nigerian Media Personality, Olisa Adibua, has revealed that event organizers in the country are considering the idea to stop staging shows in Ghana.
The Lagos based Beats 99.9 FM presenter made this known in an interview with Ghanian artist and DJ, Joey B and Guilty Beatz, at the radio house in Lagos.
According to hum, the consideration stems from Ghanaians’ hostile attitude towards foreign events, especially those with Nigerian acts.
He said: “In terms of your people, it seems they don’t like Nigerians coming through. I heard about one or two issues that happened with the Cardi B show as well recently… I heard somethings that were not good, and if you behave like that with Afronation, no one is going to come back to GHANA with a show”
However, after excerpts from the interview was aired, several Ghanaians has since taken to social media to call out Joey B over concerns that he was relaxed and not outspoken in the defense of his people.
