For months, rumours circulated that Nollywood finest Funke Akindele and her husband, Abdulrasheed Bello, popularly known as JJC Skillz, are having problems in their marriage. Still, the couple debunked the rumours severally through their action in hopes of saving their marriage. The 44-year-old star actress wished her 45-year-old husband a happy birthday in April this year.
Posting on her social, she prayed for him. Reacting to the message in the comment section of her Instagram post, JJC thanked her, saying, “Thank you my love. Bellos forever. Many more years and prosperity by God’s grace. Again, despite arriving separately at the 2022 AMVCA Awards, the couple were spotted sitting together. This was one of the evidence that calmed the growing rumours about the marriage breakup down.
Again on June 19th, barely two weeks ago, the mother of twin boys celebrated the father of her children on Father’s day with this post, calling him darling and thanking him for being a wonderful and a caring father as she prayed for him.
