Beautiful dance performances and some incredible voices.In the midst of all this, Shameful Deceit’s Producer, PR Guru, Actress and beauty Pageant Organiser, Theodora Ibekwe-Oyebade, was awarded BEFFTA’s Rising Star Special Award.
