The Lagos State Police Command has confirmed the death of Kambilichukwu Edochie, the 16-year-old son of popular Nollywood actor Yul Edochie and his wife, May. The heartbreaking incident happened two months after his parents celebrated his 16th birthday. Legendary Nollywood actor, Pete Edochie, has also broken his silence. Expressing heartbreak, Yul Edochie’s father mourned the death of his grandson.

Actress Destiny Etiko cried and said that the news was so disheartening. She prayed for God to be with their family during this time and wrote: “This is so disheartening GOD. May God be with your family at this critical moment.” Uchemadgwu reacted to May and Yul’s sudden tragic loss, confessing that he has been crying since he heard the news, he eventually said the death of Kambilichukwu Edochie is spiritual.
