#1 BBNaija Housemates Face Eviction
The reality TV show BBNaija Titans hold its eviction show on Sundays, with the hosts Ebuka Uchendu, The BBNaija TV host and Lawrence Maleka, the BBMzansi host.
The Big Brother Naija Housemates who are up for possible eviction have the highest number of mentions for nominations by fellow housemates. The pair of housemates up for possible eviction gets saved based on the vote counts of fans and viewers a week before the eviction show. Afterwards, the next pair of housemates to evict the show will be known.
This week, the housemate pair, Jenny O and Mmeli are up for nomination over the week. As a result, they are no longer part of the show as they face eviction.
#2 Tim Godfrey Welcomes First Child
Famous Nigerian gospel singer Tim Godfrey who married his wife, Erica Katrina, on 23rd April 2022 in Culpeper, VA, United States, welcomes a newborn baby.
The Gospel Singer, Tim Godfrey, recently welcomed his first and newborn child on Saturday, 11th February 2023.
In excitement, he posts pictures of his wife’s baby bump as well as pictures of the newly born baby.
#3 Rapper Future Thanks Tems With Flowers
Famous American Rapper, Future sends a bouquet of flowers and heartwarming notes to the Famous Nigerian Afrobeats Singer, Tems for her contribution to the song after the Grammy Awards.
Tems shares the picture of the note and flowers via her Instagram page on 11th Saturday, 2023.
She wins the Grammy award for “Best Melodic Rap Performance” for her contribution to the hit song “wait for u” by Future featuring Drake on 6th February 2023.
In the note Future sends to the Singer, Tems reads;
“Accept this token of beauty as a thank you for being part of the Grammy Awards Winning Song. This is just the beginning “.
#4 Funke Akindele Pens Tribute To Late Mom
Famous Nigerian Actress and filmmaker Funke Akindele confirmed she lost her mother on Tuesday, 7th February 2023.
The Nollywood actress’s older sister, Olubunmi Akindele, breaks the shocking news on Tuesday on her Instagram page. However, the cause of her death is not revealed.
The actress’s father, Godwin Akindele, who is a retired school principal with origins from Ikorodu, passed away on 7th December 2019 after a brief illness.
Olubunmi Akindele posts the late mother’s picture while she announces her passing away on her Instagram page, as she writes,
“It is with heavy hearts, but in total submission to God Almighty that the ADEBANJO and AKINDELE families announce the passing of their daughter, mother, grandmother and sister, DR. R B ADEBANJO-Akindele, which occurred on Tuesday 07 February 2023.”
“May her gentle soul begin its rest eternal in peace? Amen. Obsequies in honour of her passing shall be announced in due course.”
On Sunday, 12th February 2023, the Omo Getto actress broke her silence as she posts videos showing memories of her late mother on her Instagram page. The actress expresses her love and heartfelt prayers in her writing.
#5 Toke Makinwa Sparks Pregnancy Rumours With Latest Pictures
Popular media personality Toke Makinwa throws social media into confusion as quite a number of fans are convinced the media personality is expecting her first child. The actress, who is on vacation outside the country, shares new photos in the snow, kitted up for the cold.
In the picture, she is seen wearing a sweatshirt, sweatpants, a ruffled jacket, a face cap and a muffler scarf.

#7 Ebuka Celebrates 7th Wedding Anniversary
Famous Nigerian host Ebuka OBi Uchendu celebrates his 7th wedding anniversary on
Ebuka engaged his wife, Cynthia Obianodo, on 15th April 2015. The couple married on 6th February 2016 in Abuja. The couple are blessed with two beautiful kids.
On 6th February 2023, the couple celebrates their 7th wedding anniversary, as the wife posts a video on her Instagram page of both of them in a restaurant. She captions the post,
