Over the past weekend, some Nigerian celebrities had an eventful weekend of celebration, ceremonies, and hard times as well.

1. Famous Nigerian Actress and Movie Producer Chioma Chukwuka Akpotha celebrated her 43rd birthday on Sunday, 12th March 2023.
The movie star celebrated her day as she took to her official Instagram page in dazzling looks. Chioma Akpotha rocked a strapless black dress with a plunging sweetheart neckline. The dress designed by stylist Rebecca Eteng, @bekahteng featured some dramatic ruffle detailing on both sides of the dress in gold colour, giving the look an edgy, yet classy look.
Fans and followers celebrated the actress’s 43rd birthday and many tagged her as ‘hero of democracy’.

2. The Famous Nigeria Vice President Yemi Osinbajo marked his 66th birthday on Wednesday, 8th March 2023, with a quiet morning devotion service at his Aguda House residence at the State House, Abuja, before spending time later with the students of the Learning Centre in Borno state.
There was also a special ministration from popular gospel artist Dunsin Oyekan.
Thereafter, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo celebrated his birthday at the North East Children’s Trust and the Learning Centre in Borno State.
Actor, Adeniyi Johnson Welcomes Twins
The news was announced by the actor, Adeniyi Johnson on his official Instagram page on Monday, 4th March 2023 with a display of his hands cuddling the twins babies. Adeniyi Johnson who appreciated God for the blessings, disclosed on his post that he had waited seven years before the arrival of the twins. He also revealed that his wife and the babies are in good condition.
He writes;

My wife and I waited for seven years…God is indeed God…He planned it as a birthday gift for me…Friends, family, fans, well wishers and associates, I am happy and pleased to announce to you all that I am the latest TWINS DAD!!! Actress Kate Henshaw Bags Ambassadorial Deal
Famous Nigerian Actress and fitness trainer Kate Henshaw bagged an ambassadorial deal with an interior solutions company brand, Black Pelican Limited.
She posted a video on her Instagram page of her with the company’s board of directors and the documents to be signed.
She captions her post;

Actress Funke Akindele Buries Late Mom
Popular Nollywood Actress, movie producer and politician Funke Akindele who lost her mother on 7th February 2023, has now buried her mother, Mrs Rachel Bolanle Adebanjo-Akindele.
The burial occasion took place on Saturday, 11th March 2023. Photos and videos from the event went rounds online.
However, a number of Nigerian celebrities, including Kemi Afolabi, Kate Henshaw and more, showed up at the event as a support to their colleague.
